St Mawes is approximatly 25 minutes south of Truro on the Roseland peninsula. From St Mawes there are regular foot ferries to the world renown port of Falmouth.

Bank house is positioned centrally within the village and is 12 metres from the quay and the waters edge. Parking is available either on the harbour quay or in the main village car park, 50 m away.
