More on Offer at the St Mawes Hotel: 20 August 2012
With planning approved, it’s all go in the heart of the village at the St. Mawes as the first phase of work to refurbish the St Mawes Hotel has started and almost totally complete!
Our Boat House rooms are now open with great far reaching seaviews from the two top floor rooms and village garden views from the two rooms on the first floor.
In addition to this, we are opening the first floor dining area to the public for lunch and evening meals, to enjoy the fantastic setting while enjoying our new and delightful menu created by our new kitchen staff. The Moules Bar on the ground floor offers a menu of seasonal seafood specialities with bar meal favourites complete with fresh local mussels and steaks.
Our new kitchen has come up with some tasty new ingredients and a super looking menu:
Freshly caught Prawns and Scallops are on the starters list along with homemade soups with locally sourced ingredients and homemade pate and Melba toast...
For the mains: Dexter 8oz Steaks, Sea Food platters, Mussels in locally brewed Rattler Cider, freshly caught Dab and Whiting and Mackerel along with Plaice and Monkfish Tail when available....
And to finish: Homemade puddings and Kelly’s Ice Cream along with a locally sourced cheese board
Why not come in and see what it’s all about? Or book an upstairs table with a view on 01326 270266.
We also have some great beers – try out The Tribute from St Austell Brewery or some of our great wines from around the world.
